Okafor Obinna Sylveste is the dynamic Managing Consultant and CEO of Vicosbin Consult Ltd, a leading firm specializing in compliance, risk management, audit, investigation, and strategy. With over 20 years of experience in financial services, logistics, and education, Obinna has held pivotal roles as an Accountant, Internal Auditor, and Chief Compliance Officer before founding Vicosbin in 2016. Holding advanced qualifications, including a B.Sc in Accounting, MBA in Marketing (University of Lagos), and M.Sc in Accounting (University of Education Winneba, Ghana), he is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), and a member of prestigious institutes like the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI) UK. As an astute trainer, mentor, and thought leader, Obinna has shaped compliance and risk management practices across Africa, mentoring entrepreneurs and delivering transformative workshops globally.
